My enclosure design for a team assistive product
A spring-loaded trap tile. A hidden mechanical outcome. One small component designed to make a tabletop game feel alive.
Idealised angular diagram, not the final CAD geometry.
The disc’s stopping position determines whether the latch holds the tile down or releases the spring-loaded pop-up.
100 physical activations per disc. First-reset success: 96%. Results recorded in the September 2026 dissertation.

I like understanding how things work, then making them work better.
My background combines MSc studies in Advanced Product Design Engineering and Manufacturing at Kingston University London with a BEng in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering from Chennai Institute of Technology.
I move between sketches, CAD, simulation and the workbench. Alongside engineering, I bring graphic design and visual communication experience, including leading design for TEDx Chennai Institute of Technology.
Outside university projects, my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon has been a hands-on classroom for tolerances, materials, assembly and iteration.
